I believe in teaching to follow one's own processes of unfolding life issues, focusing on release, integration, balance, well being, and success.

I supporting my clients in finding their own unique gifts and talents, encouraging them to take responsibility for their own health and spiritual growth.

I was already working in energetic healing when I heard about Reiki. While still in Switzerland I had some personal Reiki healing sessions. It was not until coming to the States that it seemed right to learn more about Reiki.

After setting my intentions to meet the right teacher, I connected with Maya LeCroi at a celebration in the Rosendale caves. I remember seeing her for the first time. There were long lines of people streaming out of the caves during a Solstice celebration and Maya looked so beautiful with her silvery hair billowing around her. I knew she was the Reiki Master I wanted to work with.

In a very small setting of only three people, I received my first degree Reiki from Maya. Immediately, I began to include it in my healing work. I found ways to blend Polarity, Hypnotherapy and Reiki together into a personal and very powerful style of healing.

Shortly afterward, I received my second degree attunement from Maya and continued on a wonderful, unfolding journey of Reiki in my life. Maya passed on after a brief, but intense illness.

When I felt the calling to teach Reiki, I opened up again in the same way asking for a teacher for the Master level. Soon Cathy Parisi's brochure caught my attention. Upon meeting her and experiencing her work I knew she was the one.Upon becoming a Reiki Master a former student asked me to pass on a Master Level Reiki Attunement to her. It felt very profound, strong and sacred.

I use Reiki in my practice for healing people and animals, especially horses. I spent much time strengthening my energetic skills working on our farm (see photos) with my sons (see photos) raising horses and tuning with nature by working and being a part of the land.

I teach Reiki mostly on a one-to-one basis. This way I can give my full attention to that individual. Now I am moving into a phase of wanting to teach small groups as well.

I believe the match of energy between student and teacher is the most conducive way for this healing art to be passed on.

I wish to teach Reiki to those who are guided to find me as their teacher.
